What You'll Do:

Provide administrative and sales support to the sales team throughout the sales process (e.g., assist in prospecting, preparing estimates/proposals/quotes and preparing needed sales-related documents). Respond promptly and professionally to incoming sales inquiries and customer requests via texts, phone, email, and other channels. Follow up consistently with prospective customers regarding inquiries, estimates, proposals, and pending purchase decisions. Maintain organized physical and digital sales files and ensure customer information is accurate and up to date. Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and support the growth of the business. Perform other administrative and sales support duties as needed.

What You'll Bring:

Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, sales support, or office administration preferred. Demonstrated ability to follow up on leads, build customer relationships, and successfully close sales. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with CRM software and business applications, including the ability to manage leads, maintain prospective customer records, track opportunities, and generate or update sales documentation. Ability to understand standby generators, installation services, and preventative maintenance offerings.
