Responsibilities Engage with customers in both English and Spanish language to understand their needs and provide tailored mobile solutions. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase device features, accessories, and service plans effectively. Assist customers with POS (Point of Sale) transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Upsell products and services by highlighting benefits that meet customer needs, increasing sales and customer satisfaction. Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring the store is inviting and well-presented. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about products, plans, and troubleshooting issues with phone etiquette. Support inventory management through stock checks and assisting with inventory replenishment to ensure product availability. Experience Previous retail sales experience is preferred, especially in a similar domain. Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in team settings. Strong communication skills in both English and your second language are essential for effective customer interactions. Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic retail math ensures smooth transactions. Experience conducting product demos and upselling techniques enhances your ability to meet sales goals. Knowledge of phone etiquette and customer service best practices helps create positive shopping experiences.
