The ideal candidate is experienced in the medspa/aesthetics industry, thrives under pressure, and is passionate about customer service and sales.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist clients in a professional and welcoming manner Manage multiple communication channels efficiently including phones, text messages, emails, and social media inquiries Schedule appointments and maintain organized client records Educate clients on treatments, skincare products, memberships, and promotions Meet and exceed daily sales goals through product and service recommendations Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment Support the team in creating a fun, positive, and high-energy atmosphere

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a medspa, aesthetics, cosmetic, or wellness office required Strong communication and multitasking skills Sales-driven mindset with confidence in recommending services and products Positive attitude, dependable, and highly motivated Ability to work efficiently in a very fast-paced environment Professional appearance and clean manner Strong team player with excellent customer service skills Canva knowledge If you love aesthetics, enjoy connecting with people, and are motivated by sales and growth opportunities, we would love to hear from you!
