Tasting Room Associate - Part-Time Aridus Wine Company - Willcox, AZPart-time | Hourly pay plus tips and incentives About Aridus Aridus Wine Company is a family-owned winery located in Willcox, Arizona. Since 2012, we have been producing award-winning wines and creating memorable tasting experiences for our guests. We are looking for an enthusiastic, dependable, and personable individual to represent Aridus with the level of hospitality and professionalism our guests have come to expect. Position Overview The primary focus of this position is to provide guests with a positive and welcoming tasting room experience. This includes greeting guests, pouring tasting flights, sharing information about Aridus wines and our history, assisting with purchases, and helping guests select wines based on their preferences. The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, energetic, and comfortable engaging with guests. Wine experience is helpful, but not required. We are happy to teach the right person about wine and winemaking. A genuine interest in wine, strong work ethic, and excellent customer service skills are essential. Responsibilities Greet guests as they enter the tasting room and create a welcoming atmosphere. Pour tasting flights while describing and discussing each wine. Assist guests with wine selections based on their preferences. Answer questions about Aridus, our wines, and the winemaking process. Process purchases using the POS system. Maintain tasting room stock, displays, and inventory. Assist with light cleaning and general tasting room maintenance. Support outside events and festivals as needed. Help with event setup and tear down. Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Must hold, or be able to obtain, an Arizona Title 4 alcohol certification. Wine industry experience is a plus, but not required. Must be enthusiastic about wine and hospitality. Must be comfortable interacting with guests and providing excellent customer service. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly. Must be able to bend, squat, and move as needed throughout the shift. Open availability preferred. Must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and some events.
