As a Promo Team Member, you will help create hype at live shows, promote upcoming events throughout the week, and build online awareness that strengthens the Showkase brand. You'll engage with diverse audiences, distribute promotional materials, hold signage at events, and bring high‑energy presence to both indoor and outdoor environments. This non‑paid internship offers real industry experience, resume building, and a pathway to future paid opportunities — including a chance to interview for Showkase's Spring 2027 East Coast Tour Team . DUTIES Event Signage & Visibility — Hold signs, banners, and branded materials at retail events, concerts, festivals, sports games, and public gatherings to attract attention. Promo Material Distribution — Hand out flyers, samples, QR cards, or merch to event attendees in a friendly, professional manner. Crowd Interaction — Greet people, answer questions, and provide information about Showkase's music, shows, and brand. Hype Activities — Engage in energetic movements, dancing, or crowd‑hype moments to elevate the event atmosphere. Street Marketing — Promote upcoming shows in busy public areas (Yuma Palms, Main St, ASU, AWC, gyms, barbershops). Online Awareness — Post weekly promo content, share flyers, engage with Showkase's social media, and help boost visibility. Event Support — Assist with setup/breakdown of signage and support the team during live shows. Brand Representation — Maintain a positive, professional presence while representing Showkase World.

REQUIREMENTS

Prior experience in promo, street marketing, or event support is highly desirable Strong communication skills and ability to engage diverse audiences Comfortable distributing materials and speaking confidently with the public Energetic personality; able to dance or perform lively movements when needed Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions Active social media presence Must be comfortable promoting in public spaces Women‑only team (brand‑specific role for Showkase World aesthetic)

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Smartphone or Camera — Capable of recording clear video and capturing content at events. Reliable Transportation — Ability to travel to shows, promo locations, and street‑team assignments.
