Job Description
Job Overview A well-established cannabis dispensary in Arcata is hiring part-time Budtender/Greeter hybrids to join our team. This role blends exceptional customer service with a welcoming and secure presence, supporting a safe shopping experience. We're seeking passionate individuals skilled in security to help maintain stability during a busy period. If you have a Guard Card or are willing to obtain one upon hiring, apply today! Responsibilities Warmly greet customers, manage store entry, and create a welcoming atmosphere. Provide top-notch customer service, assisting with product selection and education. Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately. Maintain a clean, organized, and secure store environment using Guard Card skills. Support inventory tasks and ensure compliance with store policies. Collaborate with a small team to cover shifts and adapt to scheduling needs. Qualifications Must be 21 years or older. 1+ years of retail or customer service experience preferred. Guard Card required or must be willing to get one upon hiring (security training and certification). Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work flexible part-time hours, including weekends and holidays (up to 25 hours per week). Positive attitude and eagerness to learn about cannabis products.
