Sales Associate - Luxury Outdoor Furniture Above-Industry Pay + Quarterly Sales Bonuses Our boutique outdoor furniture showroom is seeking a motivated and personable Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will guide discerning clients through the selection of our curated collection of high-end outdoor furniture and accessories. You'll provide an elevated, consultative sales experience — helping clients envision and create their ideal outdoor living spaces.

What You'll Do:

Assist customers in choosing premium outdoor furnishings that fit their style, space, and budget Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and repeat business Collaborate with designers, the marketing team, product vendors, and clients for a seamless sales experience Manage client expectations and follow up to ensure satisfaction and repeat business Handle light administrative and computer-based tasks during downtime

A passion for furniture, design, and creating inviting outdoor spaces Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfort with technology and administrative tasks A self-starter with a professional and positive attitude
