Responsibilities Assist customers in selecting products by providing detailed product demos and tailored recommendations based on their needs and preferences Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting retail space through effective merchandising and stocking practices Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and processing payments efficiently Educate customers on product features, effects, and proper usage to promote responsible consumption Upsell complementary products to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction Manage inventory levels by monitoring stock, conducting regular stock checks, and restocking shelves as needed Provide excellent customer service through clear communication, friendly phone etiquette, and attentive listening to customer inquiries Skills Proven experience with POS systems and cash handling procedures in retail or grocery store environments Supervising experience preferred to assist with team coordination and store operations Ability to conduct engaging product demos that highlight product benefits and usage instructions Bilingual skills are a plus to serve diverse customer bases effectively Strong communication skills with a focus on friendly phone etiquette and active listening Demonstrated ability to upsell products tactfully while maintaining excellent customer relationships Knowledge of merchandising, stocking, and retail math to optimize product presentation and inventory management Experience in retail sales environments with an emphasis on customer service excellence and responsible sales practices Join us in creating an engaging shopping experience where customers feel valued and informed.
