At Shop Little Cousins, we believe shopping for little ones should feel special!!! Whether it's helping a family find the perfect baby gift, celebrating a milestone, or simply making someone smile, we strive to create a welcoming space our community loves to visit. What You'll Do Greet every customer with a warm, friendly smile. Help guests find thoughtful gifts, clothing, and accessories. Process purchases Keep the store clean, organized, and beautifully merchandised. Restock inventory and help receive new shipments. Create fun displays and help keep the store looking fresh. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Assist with social media content creation Work as a team to create an exceptional shopping experience. We're Looking For Someone Who Is... Kind, positive, and genuinely enjoys helping people. Reliable and punctual. Friendly, outgoing, and confident talking with customers. Organized with great attention to detail. Self-motivated and willing to jump in wherever needed. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Excited to learn and contribute new ideas. Passionate about creating a beautiful shopping experience. Previous experience in retail sales a major plus! Proficiency in cash handling and operating POS systems is essential. Shopify experience a bonus Social media work - a bonus Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Can maintain attention to detail. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a passion for helping others are key attributes for success in this role. Retail experience is wonderful, but not required. We'd much rather hire someone with a warm heart, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
