This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, learning about new technology, and delivering a positive in-store experience. No prior experience is required. We provide paid training, hands-on support, and ongoing development to help you succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
Retail Associate Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers in a retail store setting. Learn and explain AT&T devices, products, and service options. Help customers compare features and choose products that meet their needs. Assist with device upgrades, activations, and account setup processes. Share current promotions and product information. Provide a professional and positive in-store experience. Support store operations and maintain an organized environment. Work collaboratively with team members to support daily store goals.
Retail Associate Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Customer-facing or retail experience is a plus but not required.
