Full Job Description Job Summary:
As a Bridal Consultant, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional shopping experience to brides and their families. You will guide clients through the selection process, offering expert advice tailored to their needs, and a personalized service to help them find their complete attire.
Key Responsibilities:
Take daily bridal appointments to ensure the store operates at maximum capacity, meeting client requests and optimizing the store's sales potential Develop in-depth knowledge of our collections, fabrics, craftsmanship, and custom design options Thoughtfully curating merchandise to create complete, head-to-toe, looks for clients Assists clients in a warm professional manner Follow up with clients after appointments to answer questions and finalize purchases Handle measurements and finalization appointments, ensuring precision and accuracy in all customer details Process purchases and ensure accurate billing and payment handling Build meaningful, long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty Assists with the day-to-day operations of the store Maintain a visually appealing showroom, ensuring merchandise is beautifully displayed and organized Assist with in-store events, trunk shows, and marketing initiatives Meet or exceed monthly sales goals based on personal sales, with regular tracking and reporting
Skills:
Fluency in English language is a plus to cater to a diverse client base Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong understanding of bridal fashion, fabrics, and trends A keen eye for styling and ability to provide expert advice and assist clients with customization needs Ability to handle multiple clients, manage appointments, and ensure smooth order processing Collaborative attitude with the ability to work with and support other team members Proven ability to drive sales while delivering and exceptional client experience
