Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Rolex Advisor to join our new, growing team in Union Square. As a Rolex Advisor, you will represent one of the most prestigious brands in the watch industry and play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our community.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing personalized service and expert product knowledge. Assist customers in selecting the perfect Rolex timepiece to match their style and preferences. Educate customers on the craftsmanship, history, and technical aspects of Rolex watches. Conduct presentations and share insights into the unique features and benefits of Rolex timepieces. Process transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless purchasing experience. Stay updated on industry trends, new product releases, and brand updates to enhance your expertise.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in luxury retail is ideal, preferably within the watch or jewelry industry, but not necessary Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Genuine passion for luxury watches and a deep appreciation for craftsmanship. Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. ?
