In this role, you will be the face of our shop—guiding customers through our chocolate selections, preparing custom gift boxes, maintaining a beautiful store presentation, and sharing your passion for high-quality confections. Key Responsibilities Welcome and engage every customer with a friendly, positive attitude. Educate shoppers on our chocolate varieties, flavors, ingredients, and seasonal offerings. Package treats, assemble custom gift boxes, and wrap products with care and attention to detail. Process sales transactions accurately using our point-of-sale (POS) system. Maintain clean, attractive, and fully stocked displays and retail counter space. Follow all food safety, hygiene, and handling protocols strictly. Qualifications & Skills Prior retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred (passion for chocolate is a must!). Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a welcoming personality. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment. Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to [e.g., 25 lbs]. Flexibility to work weekend shifts, evenings, and peak holiday periods (Valentine's Day, Easter, Winter Holidays).
