Position Overview:

We're looking for energetic, outgoing, and sales-driven CBX (CycleBar Experience) team members to run the front desk and deliver an exceptional rider experience. This is a sales-focused role where you'll be responsible for converting leads into members while creating a welcoming, high-energy studio environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Be the face of the studio , delivering a warm, high-energy welcome to every rider Drive membership sales and conversions (this is a sales-heavy role) Make outbound calls, texts, and follow-ups to leads and trial riders Book intro classes and successfully convert them into memberships Maintain a clean, organized, and on-brand front desk and studio Perform light cleaning of bikes and studio areas to ensure a premium experience Support class check-ins, retail sales, and overall studio operations Build relationships with members to drive retention and referrals

Qualifications:

Sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred Comfortable with sales and closing deals Strong communication and people skills Positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude Ability to work evenings and weekends Passion for fitness, music, and community
