What You'll Do:

Customer Experience Deliver the "Most Amazing Personal Service" every day Share product knowledge to help customers find pieces that fit their style and lifestyle Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly Create lasting relationships through clienteling and styling support Ensure smooth, efficient checkout experiences Stay familiar with in-store and online merchandise Operational Excellence Keep the boutique fully stocked and beautifully merchandised Support online and special order fulfillment Assist with visual displays and floor moves Help maintain a clean and organized store environment

What We're Looking For:

A candidate interested in a long-term position with growth potential High school diploma or equivalent Retail or customer service experience preferred (but not required) Must be 18 or older Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Reliable, punctual, and available Saturdays (plus some weekdays and holidays) Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Consistent availability preferred—not ideal for someone with changing class schedules or short-term commitments This position is ideal for someone looking for a stable, long-term role rather than seasonal, temporary, or short-term employment.

Physical Requirements:
