What You'll Do Work as part of a two-person Truck Team Remove junk and unwanted items from residential and commercial locations Provide friendly and professional customer service Load trucks safely and efficiently Drive company vehicles when required Keep trucks, equipment, and work areas clean Represent 1-800-GOT-JUNK? in a positive and professional manner Requirements Must be 25 years of age or older for insurance purposes Valid driver's license required Clean driving record for the past 3 years Physically able to lift and carry heavy items Positive attitude and strong work ethic Dependable and punctual Able to work outdoors and in various environments Team player who enjoys working with others Excellent customer-service skills Willingness to work hard and stay active throughout the day

Position & Schedule Part-Time:

2-3 days per week

Full-Time:

4-5 days per week

Availability:

Monday-Saturday Start times: Shifts typically begin between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM Workdays generally finish between 4:00 PM and 6:30 PM Flexible scheduling may be available depending on business needs Pay & Benefits Starting pay: $16.90 per hour + tips Tips are paid on every paycheck Regular performance reviews Pay increases available based on performance, reliability, and experience Experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person. A great attitude, reliability, and willingness to work hard are what matter most!
