As an AT&T Crew Member, you'll engage directly with local consumers, delivering engaging product presentations, answering questions, and helping everyday people find the wireless and internet solutions that best fit their home or workplace needs. The AT&T Crew Member position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic and high-energy environment, enjoys helping people, and brings a positive attitude to every interaction. We look for individuals who are organized, approachable, great communicators, and naturally inclined to problem-solve. If you're someone who can stay upbeat, adapt quickly, and create a welcoming experience for every customer you meet, you'll excel in this role. AT&T Crew Member Key Responsibilities Execute in-person outreach and promotional campaigns to connect local consumers with AT&T's superior communication needs Utilize a lead list to engage customers and understand their current fiber set up Provide clear and accurate information about products and services offered by AT&T. Assist customers by answering questions, addressing concerns, and recommending appropriate solutions. Facilitate in-store promotions, product demonstrations, and customer sign-ups or lead generation. Keep detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales activity. Collaborate with store staff and client teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Follow up with customers as needed to enhance satisfaction and encourage brand loyalty.
AT&T Crew Member Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Comfortable engaging customers in a people-driven environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude. Ability to stand and interact with customers for extended periods. Previous brand ambassador, sales, or customer service experience is a plus but not required. High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
