Max Mara is hiring passionate Client Advisors who love luxury fashion, personal styling, and client relationships. This is a great opportunity for driven retail professionals who thrive in a commission-based sales environment and enjoy creating personalized shopping experiences. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional luxury customer service and personalized styling Build long-term client relationships through clienteling and follow-up Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals Support a positive, team-oriented retail environment Use digital tools to engage with clients and promote the brand Requirements Strong communication and relationship-building skills Experience in luxury retail, fashion sales, or personal styling preferred Comfortable using smartphone apps and social media platforms Motivated, fashion-forward, and sales-driven Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment Mandarin speaking is a plus, but not required Compensation Commission-based retail stylist position with opportunities for biweekly performance bonuses.
