Full Job Description Job Summary:
Join our team at Matcha REN as a Full-time/Part-time Sales Associate and be part of a vibrant retail environment. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about sales and customer service to assist in promoting and selling our unique products.Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our merchandise
- Utilize effective sales techniques to drive revenue and meet sales targets
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Assist with restocking inventory and ensuring products are displayed attractively
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures
- Ability to conduct product demos to engage customers
- Knowledge of jewelry sales or wireless sales is a plus
