We specialize in authentic Japanese wagyu and top-tier seafood, serving both local customers and nationwide online orders. We're a small, ambitious team building a modern food brand and we're looking for someone who wants to learn, grow, and help us scale. This role is perfect for someone interested in retail, branding, eCommerce, marketing, or entrepreneurship who wants real hands-on experience inside a growing business. What You'll Do Customer Experience Create a welcoming, premium in-store experience for customers Help customers understand our wagyu and seafood products (we'll train you) Recommend cuts, bundles, and specials Build relationships with regular customers Retail Operations Receive and organize inventory Maintain clean, professional displays Support daily shop operations and opening/closing tasks eCommerce Operations Pack and ship online orders with accuracy and care Help manage online orders, invoices, and customer emails Assist with promotions, bundles, and special releases Brand & Marketing Support Take photos or videos for social media Help brainstorm marketing or promotion ideas Assist with email campaigns, product launches, or seasonal promotions Who We're Looking For We care more about attitude and curiosity than experience.
