Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls from business customers regarding orders, inventory, and product questions Assist walk-in customers with purchases and order fulfillment Process orders accurately in the system Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely order completion Provide professional, customer-focused service at all times Friendly Team.
