What You'll Do:
Engage with customers to promote and sell Cricket Wireless products and services Upsell accessories and additional features to enhance customer experience Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues professionally Maintain in-depth product knowledge to confidently educate customers Provide top-tier customer service with a friendly, approachable attitude Participate in local marketing efforts (e.g., distributing flyers, greeting walk-ins) Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately Support the team in daily store operations, including opening/closing duties
Who We're Looking For:
Serious applicants only - this is a long-term opportunity Bilingual (English/Spanish) required Must be at least 18 years old Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Retail and/or customer service experience preferred Professional appearance and positive demeanor Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing customer needs Must be available for flexible scheduling including weekends and opening/closing shifts Basic math skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office & data entry Sales experience with a proven track record is a plus Punctual, reliable, and eager to grow within the company Why Join Us?
