Trainer Sales Associate:

We're looking for an outgoing, confident, and ambitious salesperson. A Sales Associate is expected to provide excellent customer service, sell new memberships, and retain existing members. A key component of this position is to drive new traffic to the studio and create a sense community with our existing members.

Key Job Duties:

• Provide superior customer service and hospitality to attract and retain members.
• Promptly greet members/guests with a smile to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Respond promptly to member/guest requests, questions, concerns.
• Daily prospective member outreach by phone, text, email, and social media.
• Generate referrals from individuals and businesses by attending and conducting local events.
• Conduct tours of the studio, sell memberships, and motivate members to achieve goals.
• Provide instruction on sauna use, workouts, and mobile app use.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and sell retail merchandise.
• Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing routines to help maintain a clean and tidy facility.

Minimum Requirements:

• Outgoing team player with excellent customer service skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Commission based sales motivation with ability to close the deal.
• Confidence and discipline to achieve weekly and monthly sales goals.
• Comfortable making daily high volume sales phone calls.
• Proficient with social media platforms.
• Passion for health and fitness.
• Self motivated with high evergreen and positive attitude.

Preferred Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Sales and/or customer service experience.
• Experience producing, filming, editing, and posting social media content.

We provide substantial paid training, certifications and support to ensure your success. Compensation includes base pay, commissions, bonuses, a free studio membership and product discounts.
