This is not a traditional front desk position. You will help create the feeling our guests remember — from the moment they walk through the door to the moment they leave feeling confident, cared for, and excited to return. What You'll Do Welcome every guest with warmth, confidence, and genuine hospitality Manage client check-in, check-out, scheduling, rebooking, and daily appointment flow Guide clients through Aurelia's Lash Skin Body services and help them choose the right experience Provide thoughtful beauty consultations and personalized service recommendations Introduce memberships, packages, upgrades, and retail products in a natural, client-focused way Build strong relationships with guests and turn first-time visitors into loyal Aurelia clients Follow up with clients by phone, text, and other approved communication channels Support client retention, referrals, reviews, and rebooking goals Process payments accurately through our POS and salon management systems Maintain a beautiful, organized, welcoming lounge and retail area Keep product displays polished, stocked, and presentation-ready Support social media content, promotions, events, and community engagement when needed Track sales, rebooking, membership, and client-service goals Work closely with our artists and estheticians to create a seamless guest experience Take ownership, solve problems, and help keep the studio running smoothly Who We're Looking For ✨ Strong customer-service, hospitality, retail, or beauty-industry experience ✨ Confident communicator who genuinely enjoys working with people ✨ Comfortable with sales, memberships, rebooking, and product recommendations ✨ Professional, polished, organized, and dependable ✨ Able to multitask while staying calm and welcoming ✨ Comfortable using scheduling software, POS systems, phones, and client records ✨ Excellent phone and written communication skills ✨ Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented ✨ Interested in beauty, skincare, lashes, wellness, and current industry trends ✨ Motivated by goals and excited to grow with a developing brand Beauty-industry experience is a plus, but personality, professionalism, confidence, and the ability to connect with people matter just as much.
