Job Description

We are strategic sales and business consulting firm in need of a Client Associate to confidently represent our clientele. Due to Verizon's acquisition of Frontier Communications, we are tasked with spreading the word and creating cross-selling opportunities for both brands. The Client Associate is a unique opportunity to close sales with ease, confidence and conviction because you're offering not an upgrade, but a reliable and quality solution. As a Client Associate, you will leverage an expert-level understanding of the product to engage and educate consumers and decision-makers. By adopting a solution-oriented approach, the Client Associate will effectively demonstrate the system's benefits, manage the enrollment journey, and build a pipeline of satisfied customers. Key Responsibilities of the
Client Associate:
Represent and Promote Frontier and Verizon side-by-side to increase sales and cross-selling opportunities for assigned territories. Educate customers on available products and services, benefits, installation and service to support confident decision‑making. Coordinate scheduling and enrollment by verifying eligibility, preparing documentation, and ensuring smooth installation timelines. Maintain CRM records with accurate details of customer interactions, preferences, and service milestones to strengthen retention. Collaborate with marketing and service teams to align messaging, resolve challenges, and deliver consistent customer experiences. Drive campaign success by analyzing feedback, sharing insights, and supporting promotional efforts that build our client's visibility and trust. What We're Looking For in a
Client Associate:
High school diploma or GED required; coursework in sales, communications, or business preferred. Experience in sales, customer support, or account management is strongly valued. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Organized, proactive, and collaborative, with a growth mindset and commitment to delivering outstanding customer satisfaction. Proficient with CRM platforms and digital tools, able to manage service records, monitor engagement, and streamline workflows effectively.
