My Wireless Retail Sales Associate:
Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment (Required) Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required) Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required) Bilingual (Preferred but may not be required depending on location) Experience prospecting through outbound calls. (Preferred) Must be at minimum 18 years of age, legally able to be employed in the US and have a High School diploma or equivalent. (Required) Physical Demands of this position The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee with or without reasonable accommodation to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, most of the time is spent standing and walking around, moving about for prolonged periods of time, and occasionally lifting and moving objects of up to 10 pounds. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. Other movements may include climbing ladders, balancing on ladders, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and fine handling of display materials and merchandise. Dexterity is required. Specific vision abilities required by this job include being able to work with small parts in mobile phones and being able to look at a computer screen for prolonged periods of time.
