Total by Verizon Bilingual Retail Sales Associate New Century Wireless Job Category Retail Overview Description New Century Wireless is a Premier Retailer for Total by Verizon. New Century Wireless is the fastest growing Total by Verizon retailer. We are looking for a Retail Key Holder/ Sales Representative to provide excellent customer service and meet sales quotas for our business. Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role. Ultimately, you will be the face of New Century Wireless/ Total by Verizon. You will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied and you will contribute to the store's profitability.

Responsibilities:

Engage and welcome customers to our store. Provide first class customer service. Responsible for opening and closing of the store when the Store Manager is not present Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services) Answer customers' questions about specific products/services Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing Drive sales by increasing key performance indicator Strive to achieve goals established individual sales goals and targets Ensure store is clean and organized Manage returns of merchandise Inform customers about discounts and special offers. Stay up to date with training and new products/services Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role Track record of achieving sales quotas Understanding of the retail sales process Basic math skills Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships Ability to perform in fast-paced environments Flexibility to work various shifts Ability to stand for long periods of time High school degree
