Full Job Description Who We're Looking For:

We're not just hiring a front desk associate, we're looking for a closer . StretchLab Rolling Hills is seeking a driven, competitive, and results-oriented Sales Associate with a proven background in fitness or wellness sales. If you thrive on hitting targets, converting leads, and being part of a high-energy team, this is the role for you.

What You'll Do:

Own the full sales cycle: lead generation → follow-up → close Convert intro sessions into long-term memberships Consistently hit and exceed monthly revenue and conversion targets Execute high-volume outbound calls, texts, and follow-ups Build urgency and value in every client interaction Deliver exceptional in-studio experiences that drive retention and referrals Track performance and activity in CRM systems daily

What Success Looks Like:

Hitting (and beating) monthly sales quotas High conversion rates from intro sessions to memberships Strong pipeline management and consistent follow-up Contributing to overall studio revenue growth

Requirements:

Prior fitness or wellness sales experience

PREFERRED

Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals Comfortable with high-volume outreach and rejection Strong closing skills and confidence asking for the sale Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Team player with a competitive edge
