Position Overview We're looking for an Inventory & Fulfillment Associate who has experience working with a high volume of SKUs (3,500+), thrives in a detail-oriented environment, and enjoys working in the world of fashion. You'll play an essential role in keeping our inventory accurate and organized, assisting with wholesale order fulfillment, and supporting our retail store needs. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced warehouse setting where precision, speed, and reliability are key. Key Responsibilities Accurately receive and process incoming inventory shipments Count and record inventory levels, ensuring data accuracy Organize and maintain inventory to support efficient picking and packing Pick, pack, and ship customer and wholesale orders with careful attention to style, size, and color Label shipments clearly and legibly, including all necessary documentation Verify orders for accuracy and communicate any issues to the customer service team Assist with store restocking and pulling merchandise for retail locations Support wholesale packing and fulfillment as needed Maintain a clean and safe workspace Follow all company procedures and safety protocols Requirements Proven experience working with large SKU counts (3,500+) Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy—must be able to demonstrate this Experience in apparel fulfillment, warehouse operations, or eCommerce High school diploma or equivalent Reliable transportation and punctuality Ability to stand, move, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods Strong handwriting for clear labeling Ability to work independently and as part of a team Interest in fashion or experience in the apparel industry is a plus Previous experience supporting retail or wholesale order fulfillment is highly desirable
