At Wild Dove, stylists are more than sales associates. They're trusted style advisors and relationship builders who curate personalized, confidence boosting experiences for every client. Wild Dove Boutique is known for effortless, feminine fashion that meets the needs of today's modern woman. We specialize in versatile, polished pieces that take her from day to evening with ease — always wearable, never basic. What You'll Do Welcome each client with warmth and deliver an elevated, welcoming shopping experience Drive sales through styling expertise, product knowledge, and our signature DOVE selling method Build and nurture lasting client relationships through outreach, VIP invites, and personalized service Receive, process, and merchandise new arrivals to brand standards (tagging, steaming, floor set) Stay current on seasonal trends and Wild Dove's key pieces Support store upkeep and ensure a clean, inspiring, shoppable environment Who You Are Experienced in retail sales (fashion/apparel strongly preferred) Sales driven, confident in upselling and closing Fashion forward with the ability to style real women in wearable, on trend looks Relationship focused, energized by connecting with clients Proactive, resourceful, and thrive in a boutique, fast paced environment Clear and confident communicator (in person, by phone, and digitally) Flexible for evening and weekend shifts Comfortable lifting/moving up to 40 lbs and supporting physical aspects of the store What We Offer Competitive hourly pay + monthly sales bonus (rewarding for performance driven stylists) Boutique hours — we're only open until 7 PM 401K match Generous employee discount A supportive & empowering team culture Opportunities to grow with a 10 year old, expanding San Diego brand ✨ Get to know us: shopwilddove.com | @shopwilddove
