Cashier/ Store Associate Escalon Mini Mart - 5.0 Escalon, CA Job Details Part-time $16.90 an hour 4 days ago Qualifications Retail sales transactions Foreign language proficiency Retail customer service procedures Phone communication Cash register operations Retail store experience POS systems Client interaction via phone calls Full Job Description Overview Looking for a part-time Cashier/Store Associate for a convenience store and gas station, for the opening/morning/mid-morning shift (finalized once hired).

MUST BE OVER 21

to be considered, due to the sale of alcohol and tobacco. Duties Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system.

Provide excellent customer service:

Greet customers warmly and answer any questions. Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cash handling duties with integrity and accuracy. Assist with stocking, inventory management, and store cleanliness to support daily operations. Requirements Previous gas station or retail sales experience preferred but not required. Familiarity with POS systems and cashiering procedures. Strong communication skills in English; Spanish/bilingual abilities are a plus. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional phone etiquette.

Pay:

$16.90 per hour
