Entry Level Team Member

Established Management is continuing to grow across Orange County and is currently hiring Entry Level Team Members to join our growing team. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, want to gain real-world experience, and are looking for a role with clear growth potential. In this role, you'll connect directly with local residents at community events and public settings, helping them learn about and enroll in widely available communication assistance programs. You'll be part of a supportive, team-driven environment where training and mentorship are provided from day one. What You'll Do Interact with community members in face-to-face settings throughout Anaheim and surrounding areas Share clear, accurate information about available programs and services Assist eligible individuals with the enrollment process from start to finish Maintain a high level of professionalism while representing the organization Work toward individual and team-based performance goals Track daily activity and results to ensure consistent progress Collaborate with team leaders to improve outreach strategies and engagement What We're Looking For Comfortable speaking with new people and building rapport quickly Positive attitude and ability to stay motivated in a fast-paced environment Reliable, self-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to learn and apply feedback Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales Involvement in team-based environments (sports, clubs, etc.)
