We are looking for a motivated sales associate to assist customers in-store, online, and over the phone. Job Responsibilities Assist walk-in customers in the showroom Recommend products (cabinets, range hoods, appliances, windows, doors) Respond to phone, email, and online inquiries Create invoices and quotes (QuickBooks or system) Follow up with customers and close sales Support online orders and basic product listing updates Maintain showroom appearance and product displays Build relationships with contractors and repeat customers Requirements Strong communication and customer service skills Sales mindset (comfortable closing deals) Basic computer skills (QuickBooks is a plus) Fast learner and able to handle multiple tasks English required ( Spanish is a big plus) Experience in home improvement
