Ensure the MDD communication materials are always up to date and accurate. Use clean and clear description for the MDD explanation material, including but not limited to email, poster, or item instructions. Gathering the necessary information and date for MDD plans and/or projects. Prepare the assigned reports with accuracy and time manner. Create and strengthen a reliable communication bridge between MDD and stores. Operate with Acropoint system and protect the data security, generate correct merchandise information in the system, generate the reports or conduct data analysis with requirement. Collaborate with different departments as needed. Other assignments from supervisor. Must have passion about Japanese products and merchandise development. Retail store merchandise-related work experience will be preferred. Must be punctual and keep high accuracy of task quality. Excellent communication skills, including speaking, writing, and listening in English. Must be a good team player. Sufficient MS Office skill set including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Team Meeting, and SharePoint. MDD Associate - NonDelica is the foundation capital of the MDD daily work fulfillment. This position will handle most of the MDD tasks and project's to be executed. A customer orientated mindset, high accuracy job quality, constant punctuality is the key to success of this position.
