The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of helping lead daily store operations while creating a positive customer experience. Required Qualifications Active California Notary Public commission (Required) Live Scan Fingerprinting certification (Required) Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Leadership mindset with strong problem-solving abilities Ability to professionally handle customer concerns and busy situations Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service to retail and business customers Perform Notary and Live Scan services accurately and professionally Assist with daily store operations, including shipping, packaging, mailbox, and print services Support team productivity and workflow throughout the day Handle multiple customer requests while maintaining accuracy and efficiency Help maintain store organization, cleanliness, and professionalism Assist with training and supporting team members as needed Preferred Experience Previous experience at The UPS Store, retail shipping, banking, or customer service environment preferred Print, copying, or graphic design experience is a plus Sales experience is a plus What We Offer Leadership growth opportunities Stable and supportive work environment Fast-paced and engaging workplace Opportunity to grow within the business
