Job Summary Join our dynamic retail team as a Retail Sales Associate, where your enthusiasm and customer-focused mindset will drive exceptional shopping experiences. In this lively role, you'll be the face of our store, providing expert advice on athletic annd athleisure apparel. Your energy will help customers find the perfect solutions for their active lifestyles while ensuring smooth store operations. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selections related to athletic clothing and active living. Provide expert advice on active and athleisure wear to enhance customer satisfaction. Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and retail math calculations. Restock shelves efficiently, organize merchandise displays, and ensure the store remains tidy and inviting through effective merchandising. Support inventory management by stocking products, conducting stock checks, and assisting with inventory counts. Shipping and receiving Prepare and pack orders accurately, using Shopify platform's shipping tool to generate and print labels, affix them securely. Maintain excellent communication skills to relay customer feedback and collaborate with team members for seamless store operations. Requirements Passion for working out, active living and healthy lifestyle is highly preferred. Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail in stocking and merchandising tasks. Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus. Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting merchandise or assisting customers outdoors. Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures ensures smooth transactions. A proactive attitude with excellent customer service skills to create positive shopping experiences.
