AT&T Team Member

We are currently hiring an AT&T Team Member to join our team. This AT&T Team Member role focused on working directly with new and existing customers to provide tailored telecommunications solutions. As an AT&T Team Member, you will be responsible for guiding customers through available products and services, sales orders, answering questions, and ensuring a positive overall experience. AT&T delivers wireless, and bundled service sales to millions of customers, and this role plays a direct part in connecting customers to those solutions.

AT&T Team Member Responsibilities:

Connect with customers to discuss AT&T products and services Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate wireless, and bundled solutions Process sales orders for customers Assist with account setup, upgrades, and service inquiries Provide accurate information regarding plans, pricing, and promotions Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach in all interactions Work toward individual and team performance goals

AT&T Team Member Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills A positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet Previous experience in customer service, warehouse, hospitality, retail or sales is helpful but not required

Pay:

$4,800.00 - $6,000.00 per month
