We are seeking a professional, friendly, and customer-service-focused Patient Ambassador to join MarinHealth Medical Center in Greenbrae, California, for a 13-week contract opportunity . This position serves as an important first point of contact for patients and visitors and requires strong communication and customer service skills.

150-500 Job Description Marin Health is looking for a temporary Patient Ambassador to help support our Medical Center. The Patient Ambassador acts as an initial point of contact for patients and visitors and provides excellent customer service while assisting with navigation, information, and routine inquiries. Job Responsibilities Serve as the initial point of contact for patients and visitors. Greet patients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner. Provide wayfinding assistance throughout the facility. Assist with patient and visitor badging. Answer routine questions and provide information regarding inquiries. Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and staff. Use MS Teams, Outlook, Epic, and PassagePoint as required. Support the Medical Center with other assigned Patient Ambassador duties. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience Must have excellent customer service skills Must have previous experience using: MS Teams Outlook Epic - MUST

PassagePoint — can train BLS certification required Must be able to work 4 x 10-hour day shifts Must be available for variable start times of 05:30 or 09:00 Holiday coverage required How to
