2100 4th St, San Rafael, CA 94901 336 Bon Air Shopping Center, Greenbrae, CA 94904 448 Ignacio Blvd, Novato, CA 94949 We're looking for our next entry-level associate — someone hungry to learn, great with people, and excited about the possibility of growing into a lead or management role as the business continues to expand. What You'll Do As a Center Associate, you'll be the face of our stores — helping customers ship packages, operate equipment (copiers, fax, binding, laminating), and navigate our full range of products and services. You'll become a trusted advisor who knows our offerings inside and out. Deliver outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and phone inquiries Take ownership of customer shipping needs and offer real solutions Learn all products, services, and industry best practices Operate all equipment confidently and help train others Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment Pay & Growth Starting wage: $17/hr — bumps to $18/hr the moment you pass your notary exam Starts as part-time (3-4 days/week) during training Expected to grow into a full-time role within 60-90 days Long-term opportunity to grow into lead and management roles for the right person We'll Make You a Notary Public — On Us Within your first 45 days, we'll send you through a 6-hour live notary course and cover 100% of your training and licensing fees. You'll walk away with a 4-year Notary Public license that's yours to keep — a real, marketable credential that adds immediate value to your paycheck and your resume. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite) Excellent phone and communication skills (verbal and written) Friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful Reliable, punctual, and accountable Able to lift 40+ lbs Willing to work across all 3 Marin locations as needed Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required — we'll train the right person.
