We operate a fast-moving discount retail and liquidation business where team members learn inventory, sales, operations, and AI-driven listing systems. We hire at entry level—but promote quickly. If you want to grow into leadership and learn real business skills, this is for you. Responsibilities (Starting Role) Build furniture and products Lift and move merchandise (50+ lbs) Break down boxes and handle trash Load/unload inventory Maintain a clean, organized workspace Assist customers as needed Growth Path & Pay Structure Level 1 — Store Associate / Builder ($17

• 18.90/hr) Physical work, building, moving inventory, store upkeep Focus on reliability, work ethic, and consistency Level 2 — Inventory, Listings & Shipping ($19
• 20/hr) Create and relist product listings using AI tools (training provided) Use Crosslist for listing and delisting Verify listing accuracy and completeness Take product photos Pack and ship orders accurately Organize and track inventory Ensure correct pricing and tagging Receive and process incoming merchandise Operate independently and assist with opening/closing

Expectations:

~15-25 listings/relistings per shift (varies by item; team-based). Accuracy is critical. Balance speed with quality and follow through on tasks. Level 3 — Sales, Merchandising & Operations ($21
