Position Overview The Retail Team Member is responsible for providing excellent customer service while supporting the daily operations of the retail area. This role includes assisting customers, handling transactions, maintaining inventory displays, and ensuring the retail space is clean, organized, and fully stocked during events.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide a friendly, welcoming experience Assist customers with merchandise selection, sizing, and questions Operate POS system for purchases and transactions Accurately handle card payments and receipts Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing merchandise displays Notify management of low stock levels Maintain working relationships with facility personnel and all managers Communicate any customer concerns or issues to management promptly

Qualifications :

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs Weekend availability required Why Join?
