Marfa Stance, the innovative luxury outerwear brand known for its modular and reversible designs for all seasons, is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced luxury Retail and Styling Associate to join our team at the Marin Country Mart.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a memorable shopping experience.
• Utilize your retail and styling expertise to assist customers in selecting the perfect pieces and making it modular.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and uphold the brand's reputation.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail and styling, preferably within the luxury sector.
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanour.
• Enthusiasm for fashion design and sustainable fashion practices.
• Ability to work weekends
