What We're Looking For At least 18 years old Reliable transportation Completes pharmacy and hospital training certification, as required Complies with all healthcare and pharmacy customer standards, including but not limited to screening requirements, PPE requirements and confidentiality requirements Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable using handheld technology Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with the LA County FCO and the California Fair Chance Act Material Job Duties Achieves established average per hour (APH) counting goals while ensuring accuracy and integrity of the data collected in all inventories worked Communicates information clearly and accurately, verbally and in written form, in a positive manner that yields cooperation Works one-on-one with Pharmacy professionals at the event Completes pharmacy training modules in the Learning Center, as required Creates partnerships and instills trust and confidence in one's abilities, based upon demonstrated expertise Takes initiative to explore and suggest new approaches that can impact quality and/or quantity of job performance and organizational effectiveness Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products, pharmacy personnel and WIS Supervisors work closely with the Rx Inventory Associates to ensure accuracy and compliance Assists with events in healthcare and retail settings, as needed Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.
