Qualifications Needed:

• High school degree or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of prior sales experience.
• Ability to learn quickly if experience doesn't include lighting or design industry knowledge.
• Ability to adjust to the fast-paced environment requiring multi-tasking, organizational skills and accountability.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Demonstrate the ability for self-motivation and self-initiative when clients are not present.
• Ability to sit, stand, squat, bend, and lift between five and sixty pounds, and climb a ladder on a regular basis.
• Process sales orders for customer and vendors.
• Office duties include but not limited to Data Entry, Answering Phones Receiving Shipments, Filing, Email and Visual Merchandising.
