What You'll Do As a Sales Associate, you'll be a key player in creating a welcoming and helpful shopping experience for our customers.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Greeting customers warmly and assisting them in finding the products they need. Providing product demonstrations to ensure customer satisfaction and understanding. Processing transactions efficiently using our POS system. Maintaining organized and visually appealing merchandise displays. Stocking shelves and managing inventory levels to keep products readily available. Engaging in upselling opportunities to maximize sales while prioritizing customer satisfaction. Handling customer inquiries professionally and effectively. Collaborating with your team to achieve store goals and uphold high standards of service. The ideal candidate will have:

At least 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service. Familiarity with hardware and hardware-related items. The ability to lift 10-60 lbs. Strong communication skills and basic math skills for accurate transactions. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply!
