Job Description

US-based marijuana dispensary chain seeks qualified candidates for full-time position of Marijuana Budtender. Responsibilities include maintaining a pleasant and welcoming environment for customers and ensuring that the cash registers are properly balanced at the end of every shift. Applicant must have a subtle knowledge of cannabis strains to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions and a background in retail sales is also necessary.
Responsibilities:
Provide superior customer service by building and maintaining relationships with clients. Provide information on cannabis products, strains and consumption methods. Possess an in-depth knowledge of marijuana strains, consumption methods, and current industry trends. Possess knowledge of product selection and consumption methods. Be able to communicate with customers in an amicable and professional manner. Deal with difficult customers.
