Sales Associate

Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services that meet their needs. Provide detailed information about products, promotions, and store policies to help customers make informed decisions. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations. Support banking functions such as cash management and processing deposits or withdrawals when needed. Assist with loan processing by explaining options and guiding customers through application procedures. Maintain organized displays and ensure the sales floor is clean, inviting, and well-stocked. Use retail software and POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to complete sales and update customer accounts. Qualifications Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key! Basic math skills including retail math, 10-key typing proficiency, and familiarity with financial software. Strong communication skills to connect effectively with diverse customers from around the world. Knowledge of banking or financial services is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided. Ability to handle cash accurately while maintaining attention to detail during busy periods. A friendly attitude with a genuine desire to help others succeed in their shopping or financial goals.
