Store Associate

Job Summary We are looking for a friendly and proactive Store Associate to join our retail team.

MUST BE 21 OR OLDER.

In this role, you will be the face of our store, helping customers find what they need, managing inventory, and ensuring the store stays organized and inviting. Responsibilities Assist customers with their shopping needs by providing friendly and knowledgeable service. Manage inventory levels through stock replenishment, organization, and accurate inventory control. Operate RF scanners to track product movement and update stock records efficiently. Load and unload shipments using equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts, ensuring safe handling of goods. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, storage areas, and back-of-house spaces. Support merchandising efforts by arranging products attractively and restocking shelves regularly. Handle shipping and receiving tasks, including packing items for customers or suppliers as needed. Qualifications Previous warehouse experience or retail sales experience is preferred but not required. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory management. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts. Excellent communication skills in multiple languages are a plus; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Knowledge of grocery store operations, produce handling, or retail math is advantageous. Ability to work effectively in a team environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Willingness to learn about product packaging, maintenance, cleaning routines, and overall store operations. Pay:

$16.90 - $17.00 per hour
