Quinceañera Dress Sales Associate House of Quinces is looking for a friendly, outgoing, dependable, and motivated Sales Associate to join our team. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with customers and is comfortable helping quinceañeras find the perfect dress for their special day. This is a hands-on position . Our dresses can be large and heavy, so applicants must be comfortable handling dresses throughout the day.

Responsibilities Include:

Greeting customers and providing friendly, professional service Helping quinceañeras choose dresses based on their style, color, size, and preferences Taking dresses off mannequins and putting them back on mannequins Carrying and organizing large quinceañera dresses Assisting customers inside the fitting rooms with putting on and taking off dresses Helping lace, zip, tie, and properly fit dresses on customers Keeping fitting rooms and the sales floor clean and organized Returning dresses to their proper place after appointments Learning our dress inventory, designers, colors, and styles Helping customers with accessories such as crowns, petticoats, and other items Following up with customers and helping close sales Providing a welcoming and memorable experience for every quinceañera and her family

What We're Looking For:

We are looking for someone who is friendly, talkative, confident, patient, and not afraid to approach customers . You should be able to communicate well with both quinceañeras and their families while helping guide them through their dress-shopping experience. Sales experience is a plus, but we are also willing to train the right person. Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred. Because this position involves repeatedly moving and handling large dresses, applicants should be comfortable with physical activity throughout their shift.

Commission Opportunity:

Employees who remain with House of Quinces for 6 months will become eligible to earn an additional $20 commission for each qualifying dress they personally sell , in addition to their regular hourly pay. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with our business, learn our products, and become a strong member of our sales team.
