Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Delivery Driver/Budtender/On-Call team member to join our vibrant retail environment. In this multifaceted role, you will be the friendly face of our store, providing exceptional customer service, managing product sales, and ensuring timely delivery to our valued customers. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create a welcoming atmosphere while supporting the operational needs of our business. This position offers flexibility with on-call hours, perfect for motivated individuals looking to make a positive impact in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products promptly and efficiently to customers' locations. Provide knowledgeable product demonstrations and educate customers about available products and their benefits. Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments using retail POS systems. Assist customers with product selections, upselling opportunities, and answering questions to enhance their shopping experience. Maintain store merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are well-presented. Uphold excellent phone etiquette when communicating with customers, ensuring clear and professional interactions. Support the store's retail sales efforts through effective communication skills, promoting products, and encouraging repeat business. Experience At least 2 years Dispensary experience required, illustrating knowledge and comfortability within the industry. Prior experience in retail sales is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with customer service and merchandising. Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math skills are essential for accurate transactions. Experience conducting product demos or upselling techniques will help maximize sales opportunities. Strong communication skills and phone etiquette are necessary for engaging with customers professionally. Prior security experience preferred but not required. Willing to obtain security training for compliance purposes.
